There are several catalysts and crooked has outlined them in the past. Closest on the horizon is actually receiving the cash after fees from the state of NJ expected this month. However if history repeats itself then none of these news events will carry much weight unless they are disseminated by an actual IR firm which is also supposed to be hired soon.

So without that, the next hard catalyst will be Q4 '13 10-Q where we have realized more of the projected record sales that began the last 15 days of Q3 '13. Also hopefully get some outlook on Q1 '14 performance.

Wouldn't be surprised to see this stock begin to appreciate without too much news at all as the public becomes more aware of its spec potential. Volume will be a good indicator of this since it is still amazingly low even though the stock continues to be accumulated.
