I also think that It would be hard for either candidate to take votes away from the other once the voters are already locked into someone and have made up there minds. Most people don't want to admit they made a mistake and switch just like with the stock market. So to use the ppa to drag people away from a candidate is very difficult once people have already made up there minds. So I would think at that point your going with the undecided and how many undecided voters would be left toward the end of the month and would it make a difference at that point. I would think if they were going to sign the ppa it would be sooner then later. But then again like somebody else mentioned why would the company bring up the runoff voting if it wouldn't have an effect on our ppa signing. Lots to think about.
