Yes thanks La I did read it.
I differ with Monkey in so far as I don't think it will be a merger.

TR will sell equipment and store to PHOT
PHOT will give shares to TRTC for the sale and possibly a GIFT.

My reasoning is during the webinar Derek prepped his shareholders as to the prospect of exiting the equipment side. TR will need to start expanding rapidly when growing mj becomes a reality. Yes they have facilities now but imo not enough to support food and mj. This is where PHOT comes in.
All speculation until we see it rolled out.
