I'm new but this stock chart looks like a pennant forming, maybe this story will drive some volume?

side note: for anyone who knows fundamentals, what would be wrong with this guys price valuation:

Just got out of ERBB at yesterdays second top .0139, I love that stock been in it for over a year, if that company is actually doing what they say they are doing then it should be a monster, but huge SS and i think diluted a bit 8 months or so ago.

I know penny stocks are now frowned upon on the SM board, but POT STOCKS get the exemption right! :)
