I like both companies and they will do great things in this industry.

Can they benefit from a merger? Yes.

Can they both stand on their own two feet? Yes.

Will they get in some joint projects? Fair bet.

It would be a merger between supply company and growers - I don't believe ph#t is ready to cross that green line just yet.


If we see federal legalization?

Then green light on the merger and you get an industry Titan.
