Ya...AnG good luck with that! I had put in an order to sell 100,000 shares of CERP when everything went sideways. 10+ minutes waiting to talk to customer service, with another 10 minutes in que to talk to a "trader" to effect the trade.
While waiting, CS comes back on the phone and said that the website is back up and I can use it...tried it and had access, so I hang up. Guess what...useless, it comes up but won't work for trading.
Then suddenly CERP is gone, at the price I entered, and higher than L2 is then showing...I'm a happy guy!
So I go grab something to drink, come back and E Trade Pro shows cerp IS BACK AND that I'm 42,800 shares SHORT of CERP!!!
Another call to Customer Service that tells me no, I see you only put it 100,000 once...I'm not sure what happened! And BTW you can't short that so don't worry!
So as I'm banging my head on the sharp corner of the desk...he tells me don't worry...the master database shows they aren't REALLY there...so no worries...it will all be right by tomorrow.
I asked him about the other trades I missed out on, and he says sorry about those, there's nothing we can do!
