Job Description

Responsible for the development and management of new products to drive profitability, ensure competitiveness, and achieve business objectives around Carpenters ultra-fine grained metallic products. The candidate will develop markets and future product offerings to competitively move ultrafine grain materials into the market and to expand product value throughout the product lifecycle. Responsible for the development of specific marketing, business, and functional requirements for specific products and/or product lines to establish new product, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs.
