Paradise Energy Concession - the facts.

Further to post on ihub the other day, which I advised was based on hearsay.

Today I obtained an extract from the Petroleum Register of Belize for Paradise Energy Limited concession from Geology and Petroleum Dept in Belmopan, Belize.

The Petroleum Register is maintained as the official record of oil concessions in Belize by the Director of Petroleum.

The Petroleum Register extract for Paradise Energy shows:

Name: Paradise Energy Limited

Office Address: #14 Main Street, Orange Walk Town

Local Representatives: n.a.

Principals: Miles Tropical Energy Ltd and Erubiel Ku

Assignee: None

Exploration period: 8 yrs

Effective Date: June 21, 2010

Original Acreage (& Acreage Retained): 1,394,662.86 acres

This directly contradicts the information provided to the SEC by Treaty Energy Corporation in August 2011, Treaty Energy Corp 8k filing with SEC August 30th 2011, which advised that Treaty Energy Corporation had entered into an agreement to purchase this concession.
