Basically radio interview in which executive stated that response to GIFT program was larger than anticipated. Hence, more MJ growers wanting to sign up than slots available with the $40 million committed.

GIFT program announcement delayed as PHOT reviews applications received to participate in GIFT and works with other investors who may want to commit more $$ to the program. All good news for PHOT.
