I can understand how it could be taken as a second site. It very well could be.
It is going to require more than one if it hopes to be as big as the vision. But the government of any country is always slow, and Kim just started up there.
They wouldnt want to say they put their silk industry on the line to try something if it wasnt a sure thing.

Kim got one admittedly smaller hatch and should have very recently hatched the second larger size batch. The government sees that it is going to work and they announce how savvy they are to have backed an american start up.
