Somebody (with money and influence) sees PHOT as a NYSE, not a penny stock. I think the mjna industry warrants an even higher evaluation. Remember, there are about 150,000,000 Americans who have smoked Pot, to include President Obama and Clinton (but he did not inhale?)

This is not a new company, its a new incredible growth industry.
MJNA being illegal for decades (while people smoked it anyway) has a pent up demand which will create many millionaires (IMHO). This wont be a "penny" stock for long.
