If this ppa is so big and powerful to get someone elected just think how powerful it can be for this stock once it comes out. Now we know it's just a delay and now is just a question of when. Even if both Candidates are going into a run off I still think they would sign now to keep it fresh in people's minds and can use it at any time in any state as a weapon to talk to the people,why wait till the run off . Once it's signed it can be used and talked about longer and let the word spread before the other candidate gets the upper hand. Why wait for a last minute zinger when by then it may be to late. If one of the candidates even gets to 25% before the other it will be a psychology edge. Now is the time to do it to break the tie and show the people that people are picking you with your higher % points.there is no reason to wait for runoff ,people will still remember the 300 mill ppa signing by runoff time and the candidate will still be talking about it as long as he needs to. I say sign it now is the best option. IMO
