The more research you do ,you more beilef in MGF and others' merge theory. I have doing the research on both IMERJN/XUII, and INVA for few weeks and I kept this one from 0023 to 48 and yet I did not sell it. The first it kept my eyes because of selling Trakker llc, and remove of debt which is pretty great, then on this borad I was able to find out 50m+backlog contract, and the Trakker thing was just nothing compared to the huge contract(which I beilieve the debt will be gone or reduced significantly anyway.)
Okay, at that time , I still adding this baby even the price drop down, but later what makes me crazy about this baby is that what MERGER thing was found out on this borad.

Back to earlier time, let's say Trakker sold to xuii, yes, from the news , it says the inva cap will be around 400,000 and plus 4million debt gone, it will definatly move inva price at least 10x from whatever price at that time.
but! that may kill the Xuii,(at least I think that way), XUII reported no revenues yet , and also it has debt of somekind,+plus Trakkers Debt.========suicide?( Save INVA and KILL XUII???? since XUII wants to get more attention and more profitable and just enters to tablet market???)
Then I found out more about the CEO of both companies=ADAM RADLY, He has been able to play merge and acquisition pretty well since he had made couple successful acquisition.

I would like to express more my opinion about this but I do not know how to rephrase it. Anyway, as a starter trader, these are my own opinion and anyone wants to comment please do, it will help me a lot .

here is the link for the company history, and please see the people and history of INVA,(this is why I beileve Adam Radly will more likely to do a merger thing instead just selling off the Trakker to Xuii) , I believe he is the smart man to find a way to keep both company alive and make it stronger.
