I have also been selling large blocks of shares this week then shorting some puts (but not for all the shares) with the strategy that if the share price falls to 24-25 in Jan then I'll take some of the shares back at the lower price, if the puts are not assigned then I'll keep the premium and use the stock proceeds to buy the SDY and the XLK. So kind of a controlled way to diversify out of INTC.
