it's frustrating only from the point of view of the SP. Ok, we are all here to make a profit, I'm the first to admit that, otherwise I'd still be here after 10 + years.
However, if you leave out of view for a moment the SP and look at the situation in general, I think it was a lot more frustrating in September 2012 and in the past in general... Today there are good prospects (financial situation and FTD on all), and although we are still at $ 1.55 is not a problem (for me), because when the price will go up, it will do quickly.
I'm convinced like you that we need a partner, but for this I think we need to wait, it's not simple and it's not a deal that you can sign in one night.
I repeat: also for me, after 10 + years, there have been periods of strong frustration, but honestly it seems to me that things are moving in the right direction and the SP will follow this movement as a result.
Then, of course, nobody can predict the future, least of all me! But from my point of view, this period is much less frustrating than others!
