INSQ:The problem is that Cornell just got about 250mm shares to dump on the market.(see 8-k) The upside is undoubtedly due in part to their short covering which has artificially driven the pps down. Until they are done (CD's having been extinguished) the downside is up to them. It probably would have hit .01 yesterday if it wasn't for massive dumping into the volume.
Anyway...I've got sell orders in at .0039 to .007
