Thanks for the release CougFan, we had seen the original one probably posted by Yip, $10Mill or Wishful back in November. I apologize if I have that global credit wrong. It is interesting that Stonybrook finally got around to posting it.

May your call come true (not a gracious wish just for you you realize, cause it certainly will kick plusses on to me as well:).

Somethings I try to stay up on. Not quite sure how to use it all yet. Short sale % higher over in shadow market in relation to our market today than recent previous days. At ~43%, higher than most days even when we're getting slammed. Oct/Nov we matched short sales to run an avg. of ~38% of the regular sales volume. Today, total volume certainly picked up to close the day.

3.9 Mill Shares available at InterActive Brokers for short transactions. Haven't had time to monitor that site for a bit. Certainly is within the normal range of APDN shares being hawked there.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has changed around their format on their Fails to Deliver reports. Half-month reports now since the first of the year. This vs. the gigantic dump Vans got for us back in December. This may be new on the SEC's page too.

Please note that fails-to-deliver can occur for a number of reasons on both long and short sales. Therefore, fails-to-deliver are not necessarily the result of short selling, and are not evidence of abusive short selling or “naked” short selling.

And Thanks Again Coug Fan, How Bout them Seminoles:)
