most long-timers here have been aware that major manipulative games have likely been played around PPHM for years, as with many (most?) small-cap Bios. do you have access to enough numbers to see that going on here, now?

if so, does this tend to be just trading strategy, or is it an accumulation thing on the heels of the kind of PR we had yesterday relative to this stock/industry?
