"GCE foresees an investment of $25,000,000 in 2014 to allow for the creation of 30 full time jobs and revenues in excess of $9,000,000 by 2015." I guess they feel pretty sure the pending partnerships are going to fly - where else would they get 25m? Anyway, Go GCEI !
