I would recommend using 4H charts.
This way if your in the central time zone you would only have to check them at 10pm,2am,and 6am..
This also will prevent you from overtrading.

I can remember when I first started using 5M charts trying to nail every top and bottom,Staying up all night long and then going to work the next morning like a zombie.
God knows that my ugly ass needs all the beauty sleep I can get!
