very bad showing. The main reasons given on the call for missed revenues:
many of the clients had to "rebuild" their opt-in databases because of a new law. why should this be a surprise? The legal environment should have been known when the sales estimates were made. does that really explain 4 m in lost revenues? I would like to see what percentage effect this had on their clients.
their high turnover on the sales team, 10 new hires and 10 exits, resulted in a less efficient sales force.
