NMKT share price does not go down just because the market is unreasonably punishing it or because there are manipulators that don't like it, that are killing it with OTCBB market dynamics. It goes down on what overly positive longs think are great results because the company still misses on what it has promised the investors. The longs keep saying that they cannot believe that this company is trading at these levels for the results they have shown over the last year, and they erroneously attribute this to OTCBB market dynamics and think that a switch to a different exchange like the AMEX will alleviate this. However, they always forget to look at the plethora of promises and projections that the company has not met. It does not matter how good the results are when the overall impression that the company puts out is that you cannot trust what they tell you about what they are doing and planning on getting done. This misrepresentation also clouds the supposedly "Excellent" performance with skepticism, making people wonder if those numbers are really as good as the company says, or if there is something the company is hiding that will come to light and show that in reality the performance was at much poorer level than what the company originally led investors to believe. People begin to question whether there is some little nuance of the way things were done that dampens the performance and that was not made easily obvious to those who are overly hopeful that things are going well.
Notice; being led to believe something and not having it happen can carry to EVERY aspect of what you present to people from then on, even the positive growth in revenue numbers that missed the projected numbers you expected. You question what they are really doing with those revenues when they cannot meet the step by step promises????
