I agree absolutely. I'm just saying I'm no longer looking at it that way. By the end of this month, using your current numbers, it'll be issuing 250,000 at $4.00. Same thing. Yes. The RS will happen any day. They said no later than 20 days after closing date of 03Jan14. It could happen tomorrow.
