IfShortersManage $1.50Today, TheyWillTrigger SEC Rule 201 allowing PPS to climb until end of day tomorrow with limited shorting to stop the run.

I say, let them do it and cut off their own toes, then PPS BOUNCES, and truely blasts off without interference from shorters like the over 20% new shorts traded yesterday that stopped PPHM's run after Fast Track was announced!
