Between the lines. I think PDGO is trying to say the following.

PDGO has oil in the ground but lacks the capital and experience to get it to the market. If we really care what happens to our share holders plight is yet to be answered. It's a mighty cold winter right now. I think I'll stay inside for a week and see how the auditing is going.
