Bkmm was shuffling the price at the ask during premarket at. 221-.228. I thought that was unusual and the ask was stacked at .14. I had contacted Nasdaq awhile back regarding why ntek showed up on the reg sho list. They directed me to firna the guy told me about rule 4320 and something called a mirror rule. Don't know if that makes any sense to you what I am posting.
