You do realize that these trades could also be arranged trades.

I know people who have the ability to do an arranged trade with their broker

In other words- those big blocks that pop up towards end of day or after hours could very well be retail

Yep, that's right - people who call their broker and arrange a price and during the day the are collecting shares for their client that shows up at a price they arranged

If dilution was going on- we would be seeing sec forms required
