Considering that the DRS/DWAC chill on the shares can with some confidence be considered to have been associated with the location and status of the rogue 1Bill ... it stands to reason that the DTC chill will have no further reason to be held against the shares now that they have been returned to the A/S count and removed from the O/S count.

It begs the question how long does it take the DTC to remove itself from the merger process???
