Iread the report, YIKES, that was a whole lotta shares that were issued. I cringe at the thought of the noteholders trying to dump these on the open market...200 Mil shares here , 300 mil shares there...well you know, that's an awfull lot of shares to be absorbed. I just don't see how the valuation of the company can can stand up against that many shares, 6+ billion shares!?
