Well I should hope so! TSTC was slugged with a "E" because they had missed their regulatory filing deadline. What they filed today should have been filed a long time ago. It is still a grey sheet penny stock. Nasdaq doesn't want Telestone back with it's .11 - .20 pps daily range today. That's why there was a .16 followed by an .11 trade today. Grey sheet garbage! That is why the most recent pps does not matter. It could follow with a trade 50% lower. No mm quotations on the grey sheet graveyard.
