$PEII, You guys already got the most important points to the interview IMHO.

As per Floyd

#1 company has the assets, equipment and pipeline already in place to be successful.

#2 S-1 filed, waiting on SEC approval, should have news middle of month, 10 million USD line of credit.

#3 BAKKEN DEAL, making progress (did not say finalized yet), will have more info this week. Its a 5% purchase interest with the opportunity to buy a larger interest in the future.

#4 PR coming out this week with updates, BAKKEN and production...
