Not that i give two hoots about Jim Cramer on CNBC...but...right now he is singing the praises of Facebook FB and how under valued they are....and...laughing about Twitter TWTR and how totally overvalued they are!

i do agree with Cramer on this!

Another TWTR downgrade this morning by Morgan Stanley.
