Almost none of the retail clients requested physical certs. The problem is with the company/transfer agent, and oh yeah.... the DTCC.

The post R/S shares to be placed into one's brokerage account, after the 1:1000 R/S, can't seem to get through the DTCC road block. But there are some that have received their post R/S shares, sell those at your peril.

It's going to be a long, cold winter for all that are still waiting for their post R/S shares.
