So you are saying this is most likely a pump and dump, which is a possible outcome of course, but where is the pump?... And that is the big question, it hasn't even started if there is going to be one, bring on the PR campaign!!

If they release info on new contracts before they dilute to raise funds there could easily be room for a decent amount of profit before and after dilution, ALL IMO.
