Maybe nick and ray struck a deal with the "lactose guys". Hey "lactose guys", we can free up 50 million shares for y'all, but you can't sell them until the "buyout" is announced in mid February, or you can keep your 400 million restricted shares, and watch them become worthless after the buyout pump is over, and the price plummets to near 0. Help us with the "buyout" pump, and it will be worth your while!!!!!!
