My expectation is that for the foreseeable future JBII needs to be able to demonstrate and learn from the 24/7 operations of a P2O facility and thus the importance of an acceptable inexpensive feed stock, available on an ongoing basis.

In other words, it is instrumental to the sales of processors that the NF facility get into and stay in full fuel production and doing so hinges on the availability of feed stock.
