Everyone talking about NY needs to understand exactly what going to pass there.
I agree it's great press for the industry but as I understand it the medical will be severely limited and growing won't be allowed. Cuomo still doesn't support MJ and even for medical it will be very limited as to what he is going to allow. Just enough to get him re-elected IMO.
I'm not counting on NY to provide any $$$$ to PHOT's bottom line. At least not anytime soon.
If the people of NY support legal weed they need to vote this clown out of office and find someone who will act based on the will of the people and not what he or she thinks they need to do to "protect" the people.
