Any stock could RS, but most of the BIG PHARMA's and even Actavis have shares measured in the BILLIONS... ELTP still has shares measured in the millions... If they were to RS, it would be after they are NET PROFITABLE with ART drugs on the market, and living off NET PROFITS, not needing equity funding for R and D reasons. In that event, NET PROFITS, the RS would not be a negative, but a positive, as it would allow uplisting to NASDAQ. I can give you several examples of companies that became profitable, RS, then went to Nasdaq and prospered. Ever heard of True Religion?
