Yes I know....the HDMI has nothing to do with stream. Of course....and the NP-1 will stream 4K to and Hook to a 4K monitor with...what do you know...HDMI.
There is no difference here. Both same hardware. Both will stream and both can do 4K output.
NP-1 will save some bucks. But no portability. Will have remote....the ASUS tablet is the remote.
I'm just making this point as The NVidia Tegra 4 is not the first to stream content with NTEK. It is in Mobile devices already. Asus has the claim already they stream 4K on the tablet. It has been out.
I'm all about NTEK doing awesome at the CES. My opinion is if I was investing into this separate box-top technology, I would wait for them to have the HDMI 2.0 incorporated. NTEK I'm sure will make the change.
Looking forward to photos of the show. BTW...are there any photos of the NP-1 anywhere?
