??? Why doesn't users of cannabis in the states of COand WA just by their hydroponic equipment from PHOT and grow their own now that it is legal for recreational use? I would assume it's illegal to grow your own there for the dispenseries..but now recreational use is legal I don't think people would be calling authorities should you see a personal grow happening. It seems it would a very big savings to grow your own.
