Are there any public companies selling MJ?
I don't think a public company would try this as it is illegal to do. Not until it is legal.
public companies can only sell hemp products legally at the moment and will continue to only use hemp until the federal laws are changed.
At that time they will change and sell both for their products!
All companies benefit from the laws in Colorado wether it's hemp or mj.
