Cwell~ 8.69 mil. Is the amount of shares that were issued at no cost to ironridge a few months back. Ironridge is in the business to make money. One should feel confident that ironridge has already sold a significant portion of those shares, if not all of them. One should also feel confident that if ironridge sees the need to do so they would simply take SCRC back to court seeking more shares if the sp drops to low.


The sp will continue to decline and my guess is anywhere between .01-.06.....but hey, let's call it the official "LOADING ZONE".
