1. They need new products.

Killer application style of products.

Problem is most killer style applications come from people who don't have the expanded higher education degrees.

Example: 8 year old kid came up with a billion dollar idea.

There would of been know way this 8 year kid would been hired by Apple Inc. He was too young, plus the kid never went to college.

Apple Inc. Needs think tank style of employees, who have vision and creative ideas.
