I do not know if anyone can tell, but
I did just that, on another board, not long ago, chasing the bid 4 times to sell about 100K shares from .0013 to .0008.
(Still cost me only one 'commission'...)
So it is possible.

BTW, it proved the artificial Bid, there, as quantities as low as 10K were enough to bring the Bid down...
