Just a thought (only for those expecting a PR today)

If management had anything major to announce near term, it would have come BEFORE the 10K. They knew it would crush the price when the new share count was seen along with only 6,000 sub count. Typical GZFX fashion would have been to issue some positive PR's and then hit us with the filing. They did not. So do not expect one a couple of days after the 10K. The time is not right yet.

So expect some fluffy PR's about golf, distribution center, VOD, etc. Sure, they will help the price with a pop, just as a bandaid helps a wound. Only temporary protection. Alot of traders are still hanging around.

But it will be awhile to get the PR's you are looking for.
Just understand what it will take to really move it. Then be realistic about the timing. When ready, they will get something out. But nothing until ready.

Also think about why they may have issued the filing now versus March-April.
