Well, given that it is a DTCC chilled stock, then certainly there are no sells or buys through some of the brokers!

Which reminds me....If I remember right the company issued a pr in 2011 or early 2012 that they were going to be addressing the chill, and devoting time and energy in a directed focus toward getting the chill removed....looks like that has gone the way of the pps!
