PB doesn't even own the license Jimmy Esebag does. Again CIRC is in the power position IMO. No way PB leaves this untouched. Also PB would have to start over from scratch create a whole new drink and set up new vendor and distributor contracts which would cost them even more money to do. While CIRC could just rename the drink that they own (the drink itself inside the can) and still have a successful drink line. IMO losing the PB name may be just what CIRC needs to really launch into outer space so far the PB name really hasn't brought them much success. Also they could get into more places without the stigma of PB. Again either way PB and the other defendants will not escape untouched. IMO
