They would still make sense under a full legalization scenario for real-time inventory and tax reporting purposes, not to mention the self-serve possibility. Of course, that's assuming the machines actually exist and this is a "real" company Lol

I am not sure how the legalization of MJ would help MDBX. Medbox vending machines only make sense in a limited set of circumstances when MJ is a controlled substance.
