Acquisitions

The company is reviewing several possible acquisitions in addition to ones previously announced. The company has begun structuring itself to be in a position to enter and close on various deals. Extreme feels there is value in raw land acquisitions both related to and not related to the production of Biodiesel.

Investor Relations

Extreme Biodiesel has recently retained the services of Triumph IR. Triumph IR is an investor relations service that will provide Extreme Biodiesel shareholders and potential investors with current company information as well as dissemination of company events and news.

Board Of Directors

The company is currently interviewing several candidates and plans on making several appointments to its Board of Directors in the coming year 2014. The newly appointed directors will assist in the company’s current and future business model.
