Great to hear OP! I think 2014 will be a great year for Bergio. Couple of reasons why I think so:

1) Not increasing the a/s (+8k filing) by now tells me something game-changing may happen. Could be any number of reasons, but it appears he thinks something may change that will allow the remaining conversions to be priced higher than today.
2) Wholesaler deal still on-going and to pick up this month?
3) SP is so low right now, assuming Berge sticks to his word (no r/s), the only direction I see this going is up (can't get *that* much lower).
4) Once the remaining notes convert, and no new ones are added (per the prior PR), demand will increase as will the SP.
